The World is FULL of hypocrites

Y’all… we all know this to be true. SO why do we let others affect our views on things we participate in within our lives? Why do people make negative comments about the things we do, but yet they do the same things behind closed doors? No matter how old or young you are, there will come a day where you will come across people who will judge everything about you no matter what. You cannot please everyone. That is just life, but there is something that everyone needs to realize just because we choose to do things differently, or we choose to do things out in the open and you choose to do it behind closed doors does NOT make you any more of a person or any less… The issues I have come across lately is people judging others for having a drink. In my opinion there is absolutely nothing wrong with having a drink as long as you don’t allow it to hinder your life. I know plenty of Christian people who will judge people for drinking but yet drink privately and secretly when they are on their own time. SO, the question then is, why do they choose to judge us? Why do they choose to point out their own insecurities through others? This is one thing I am struggling with and praying for answers with. You cannot make everyone you come across happy, but people who truly know you and know your heart will not ever make you feel bad about yourself for choosing to do things that they may not or how you choose to do it openly instead of secretively. They are allowed to disagree, but they should never make you feel like any less of a person. But we should always just remember it is what it is, you cannot please everyone, and not everyone can be pleased. So, keep doing you, and the ones who matter will support you always. Y’all we ultimately need to quit judging, turn the judging into supporting, and maybe one day we will not have to be so negative. There is always going to be someone who is prettier than you, smarter than you, have more money than you, but there will never be another YOU. Do what's best for you and what makes you happy, we can't control how others view us, but we can control our reputation and our happiness.
